This multi-year cycle of learning includes an exploration of the essential building blocks of faith: Lord’s Prayer, Apostles Creed, Ten Commandments, Sacraments, Bible overview and what it means to be a Lutheran Christian. The building blocks are paired with real-life conversation, service activities and fostering sacred space to explore who God created each of us to be.
We gather Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30 (times are subject to change depending on activity.)
This is a traditional confirmation class for students in 7th and 8th grades. It teaches the core values and fundamentals of being Lutheran. It is specifically designed to meet the needs of teenagers who are starting to ask the ‘tough questions’ about God.
There are retreats, outings and service projects throughout the year to help youth learn and grow in their faith.
